Clients based in Canada are required to pay tax on top of the cost. Price determined by the provincial percentage
Payment Plans are no longer accepted
Payment is required before any work is started
50% of your quote is NON-REFUNDABLE if YOU cancel the slot. If we are unable to complete your suit, you will get a100% refund
Quotes are only valid for 2 months after given to you
Quotes are not given out when commissions are closed
Cryptocurrency of any type is NOT a valid form of payment. Transactions completed with any cryptocurrency will immediately be refunded
PayPal invoice only
All prices are in USD
Buyer must pay all shipping and import fees
You MUST provide a photo of you and government issued photo ID, proving that you are 18+ (All photos of ID will be deleted after the project is completed)
No copyrighted characters
Absolutely no deadlines
Service can be refused if customer is rude, offensive, or has a bad reputation
Give us credit if you use our suits online
If you have any issues, please contact us before issuing an artist beware
If you don't measure or make your DTD properly, we are not responsible for a poorly fitting suit
We are not responsible for any damage where a building flaw was not to blame
We are not responsible for any tripping, falling, hugging while you're in suit. Wear at your own risk

Please keep in mind that YBL Suits is owned and run by one person; everything from designing to finances is managed by me, Samantha. Please also be mindful that I am a full time university student and school will always come first. Your suit will get done, you will get to be a big fluffy animal eventually. Education is very important to me so sometimes my energy will be focused on that, but I do work on suits whenever I have free time. I do understand that you, the client, are investing a lot of trust and money into this business, so I will do my best to work with you and make sure you are 110% satisfied with your experience and fursuit. If you have any questions before commissioning, please don't hesitate to ask.
